Rights according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)(EU) 2016/679

In what capacity have you been in contact with Peab, for example, are you an employee, residential customer, contact person?

The rights you can exercise, and the degree to which you can exercise them, can depend on several factors such as the legal basis for processing your personal data, whether or not we are obligated, legally or otherwise, to process them or if your right affects the rights or liberties of others adversely. We always make an assessment from case to case and will comply with your request as far as possible and are able to according to GDPR. If we cannot comply with your request we will let you know and the reasons why.  

In order to provide your personal data we must first confirm your identity when you exercise your rights according to GDPR. We therefore require information about you such as your name, telephone number and email address. We may need to request further details to ascertain your identity in order to ensure the request concerns, and is received by, the right person.

When you send in your request you will be entered into our register of ongoing and concluded cases concerning rights requests according to GDPR. This information stays within Peab and only a few people at Peab have access to personal data. Personal data involved in our processing of rights requests are erased annually.
