Peab has been commissioned to build 243 apartments for rent in Halmstad. The customer is Halmstads Fastighets AB and the contract is worth SEK 295 million.
In total the project comprises around 14,300 m2 living space built on an old industrial property in central Halmstad.
The project is a turnkey contract. Construction will begin in June 2018 and is expected to be completed in December 2020.
The project will be order registered in the second quarter of 2018.
