Peab has been commissioned to build part of Service Building 57 on Malmö hospital grounds. The customer is Region Skåne and the contract is worth SEK 132 million.
The building will be erected on Inga Marie Nilssons gata in Malmö. Peab has been commissioned to build two basement floors of the service building that in total are around 10,000 m2.
The project is a traditional contract in cooperation. The project has already started and completion of the entire service building is planned for 2022.
“This building will be the hub of healthcare on Malmö hospital grounds. We’ve already started on the groundwork of the service building. We’re happy, and find it stimulating, to continue developing this important building for the hospital grounds,” says Bratislav Marjanovic, Region Manager Peab.
The project will be order registered in the fourth quarter of 2018.
