Peab builds apartments in Esbo, Finland

Peab has been commissioned to build 135 apartments in Esbo.  The customer is Kojamo Group Lumo-Kodit Oy, Finland’s largest private landlord.

The contract is worth around EUR 14 million. Construction will commence in January 2018 and the apartments will be ready to move into in November 2019.

The project was order registered in the fourth quarter of 2017.
