Peab builds apartment buildings in Östersund

Peab has been commissioned to build 115 apartments in Östersund. The customer is Östersundshem and the contract is worth SEK 145 million.

Project Tallbo entails building 115 apartments in five buildings along with a parking garage.

The project is a turnkey contract. Construction will begin in October 2018 and final occupation is planned for January 2020.

The project will be order registered in the third quarter of 2018.
