Peab has been commissioned to build 122 apartments and 1,400 m2 retail space in city block Hjulet in Falkenberg. The customer is Kvarteret Hjulet Fastighets AB and the contract is worth SEK 255 million.
Peab has been given the job of expanding the existing shopping mall in central Falkenberg by 1,400 m2 and building 122 apartments connecting to it.
The project is a turnkey contract in partnership. Construction will begin in February 2019 and is expected to be completed in the autumn of 2021.
The project will be order registered in the first quarter of 2019.
