Peab has been commissioned to build an office building in Skellefteå. The customer is Skellefteå Industrihus AB and the contract is worth SEK 144 million.
The office building will be located in city district Svalan in central Skellefteå. The framework will be largely made of solid wood and it will comprise around 7,100 m2 office space.
“The house will be a lovely eyecatcher that can be seen as soon as you drive into Skellefteå from the south. We’re looking forward to start working on the project,” says Susanne Hallberg, Region Manager Peab.
The project is a traditional contract. Construction will begin in August 2019 and is expected to be completed in March 2021.
The project will be order registered in the third quarter of 2019.
