Peab has been commissioned to build 85 apartments in Östersund. The customer is Diös Fastigheter AB and the contract is worth SEK 104 million.
The project consists of three apartment buildings with a total of 85 apartments and a parking deck.
The project is a turnkey contract. Construction will begin in June 2019 and occupation is planned for December 2020.

The project will be order registered in the second quarter of 2019.
