Peab has contracted to sell apartment buildings and a public service building

Peab has signed contracts to sell three apartment buildings with apartments for rent and an assisted living facility, all of which will be on Peab’s balance sheet under construction. They will be completed and turned over during 2022-2024.

Peab has signed contracts for the sales of three apartment buildings with apartments for rent and a public service building to house assisted living which will be built during the period 2022-2024, all in all 280 apartments. The total sales value is SEK 775 million.

One apartment building project in Malmö and one in Partille are sold to Annehem Fastigheter, one apartment building project in Örebro are sold to a local actor and an assisted living facility with 66 apartments are sold to SPP Fastigheter AB (publ). The projects will be on Peab’s balance sheet under construction and recognized in profit/loss when they are turned over.
