Peab has been commissioned to build Wilhelmsrogården Senior Assisted Living on Strandängen in Jönköping. The customer is Jönköping Municipality and the contract is worth SEK 203 million.
The project consists of 90 apartments and shared community space, a kitchen, laundry room, storage space, staff space, nurse’s office, medicine room and garden area comprising a total of 13,000 m2 gross area.

The project is a traditional contract. Construction starts in September 2021 and is expected to be completed in October 2023.
The project will be order registered in the third quarter 2021.
