Peab has been commissioned to build 68 rental apartments and 50 assisted living apartments in Stångby in the northern section of Lund. The customer is Lunds Kommuns Fastighets AB and the contract is worth SEK 196 million.
Peab will build two buildings with apartments and a third with parking spaces. The rental building will consist of three angled buildings with two, three and four stories and the assisted living building will consist of two angled buildings with three respectively four stories.

The project is a turnkey contract. The project is expected to be completed in November 2023.
The project was order registered in the third quarter 2021.
