Peab has been commissioned to build infrastructure for the new housing tract Näsby in Linköping. The customer is Linköping Municipality and Tekniska verken and the contract is worth SEK 104 million.
The project entails work regarding streets, rainwater, park/nature, water and waste water, district heating, electricity, optical fiber and lighting. The geographic surface will be nearly 100 acres.

The project is a traditional contract. The work starts in September 2022 and is expected to be completed in April 2026.
The project will be order registered in the third quarter 2022.
