Peab has been commissioned to build 78 apartments in Limhamn in Malmö. The customer is HSB Projekt i Malmö HB and the contract is worth SEK 194 million.
The project consists of four separate buildings with four to seven floors where the top floor is recessed in all the buildings. They are connected by a shared garage and basement with a tech room and storage.
“We’re proud to contribute with our expertise and by building more housing for Malmö residents. This is a good example of our locally produced community building,” says Peter Lindstedt, Region Manager Peab.
The project is a turnkey contract. Construction will begin in October 2022 and occupation is planned for February 2025.
The project will be order registered in the third quarter 2022.
