Peab has been commissioned to build rental apartments in Trelleborg. The customer is Sjöormen AB, a wholly owned subsidiary of Alsingevallen, and the contract is worth SEK 101 million.
The new apartments will be located southeast of Stortorget on the Nygatan side in Trelleborg. The project comprises building two tower blocks with basements that are six respectively ten stories. Floors 10 and 11 will be suited for venues. A total of 34 rental apartments will be built.

"We’re happy and proud that Stadsparkshusen is finally getting started and we have signed leases for most of the premises. There will be a restaurant on the first floor and a dental clinic on the second," says Bengt Nilsson, owner of Alsingevallen.
The project is a turnkey contract. Construction will begin in January 2025 and is expected to be completed in February 2027.
The project will be order registered in the fourth quarter 2024.
