Peab has been commissioned to build Alta Senior Living in northern Norway. The customer is Alta Municipality and the contract is worth NOK 591 million.
The project includes 60 assisted living homes, 108 nursing home accommodations, office space and doctors’ offices. Five buildings will house a total building area of 24,000 m2.
This is a turnkey contract in partnership and work on it has already begun. The project is expected to be completed in the summer of 2020.
The project will be order registered in the first quarter of 2018.
