Peab has been commissioned to do the foundation work for the new residential area Väsjö Square in Sollentuna, north of Stockholm. The customer is Sollentuna Municipality and the contract is worth SEK 273 million.
The contract is for building streets along with lines and docks.
“Väsjö Square is located in a city environment close to nature. This is an exciting area that we are pleased to help develop,” says Carl Johan Söderberg, Region Manager Peab.
The project is a traditional contract. Construction will start in July 2019 and completion is planned for the middle of 2022.
The project will be order registered in the second quarter of 2019.
